Pilates Ring - The Original Thigh Master
Summer is just around the corner. Want to shape up your winter body? Pilates is generally known as a great way to strengthen your core muscles, but Pilates is particularly good for toning your bottom half. Butt exercises are one of the most requested exercises by my clients. Most people want to tone their bottom and give it a little lift. Try using a Pilates ring. This ingenious piece of equipment is inexpensive, fairly portable and packs an exercise punch. Think of Suzanne Somers and her thigh master. The Pilates ring is the original thigh master.
Rings are made from pliable metal or space-age plastic and they have two pads on either side of the circumference to cushion your thighs. The user squeezes the ring to create a resistance and works different muscles depending on where you are holding it. Inner thighs, butt, hamstrings, abductors and pelvic floor muscles all get a fantastic workout with the addition of a Pilates ring.
So if you’re in need of a great “get ready for summer” toner, try a Pilates ring for overall toning.
