Is Your Fitness Workout Screaming For A Change?

Let’s face it. Your fitness workout can be downright hum-drum if you do the same routine every day. Why not change your fitness workouts the way you change your clothes. Something clean, fresh and different every day. One of my favorite ways to add some spice to my workouts is to choose a new exercise DVD. This is an inexpensive way to experience different workout routines and you can do everything from high energy to calming Yoga to invigorating Pilates. All you need, besides a DVD player and a TV, is a good mat, a good workout DVD, and a good attitude.

Enjoy the fact that you can have exercise adventures in the privacy of your own home! Small bits of equipment can also enhance your at-home DVD practice. If you’re doing a Pilates DVD, a resistance ring (Magic Circle, Fitness Circle) can be added for greater force during the ab or inner thigh exercises. A foam roller is also a terrific tool to enhance the core strengthening, balance and stability aspect of your workout. And the great thing is, there is a DVD for each of these exercise practices.
