Today more than ever living with picky eaters is a problem most American families are facing in their daily lives. Parents who work at the problem see eating healthy for kids takes on many shapes and forms. Moms and dads both working to support the family are overwhelmed with an on-the-go lifestyle that making time to cook nutritional family meals that was the norm growing up becomes harder. So after running the kids off to some sports practice it’s just plain easier to grab some fast food and call it a night. Anything and everything is thrown back at the parents who are ready to pull their hair out. Yet if parents stick to their guns with patience then it is the hope that their children will be up to the adventure of discovering new food groups that not only taste good to them but gives them a blueprint into how they ought to view meals especially ones that mom labors over for health reasons.
