FITNESS TIPS: Keeping the Webbed Gloves submerged, place your arms to the side. Now pull your hands into your body while at the same time raising and bending your left leg to waist high. Repeat with the right leg. Make sure you engage your abdominal muscles. Repeat 10 times.
