FITNESS TIPS: Here's a great exercise to do with your Super Band:
Place band around your ankles with a slight resistance. Take a big side step squat with your right leg while putting more resistance on the band. Push off right leg and return to standing. Repeat 15x starting with the right, then 15x starting with the left.
