15" Multi Adjustable Wobble Board
Often used for one foot balance exercises this Premium 15" Multi Adjustable Wobble Board can change its range of difficulty with a "quick set" board height adjustment mechanism. This allows for quick and easy 15, 19, and 22 degrees of angular displacement or level of tilt. The board provides a non-slip surface, and can be used by all ages and abilities but if you are a beginner it is best to hold onto a chair or wall first.
Use the board on a regular basis to help retain the proprioceptors and improve ones coordination and increasing ankle strength will help prevent injuries.
