Pranayama Pillows
Used primarily for pranayama (breathing) practice, these Pranayama Pillows are cotton-stuffed cushions that support the spine from head to tail. With the pillow in line with the spine, the chest can expand, making breathing easier. Horizontally across the spine, the pillow supports the mid-back in a gentle arch. You can use it under the knees in final relaxation to ease the lower back.
