Pedals swing forward providing a comfortable position for Upper Body only exercise. Pedals swing toward user providing a comfortable step through recumbent bike position.

Watts controlled - Allows user to maximize work load at a fixed Watts level. 2 Heart Rate controlled (Polar transmitter optional). 3 Hill Profiles. Random - infinite number of profiles.
