FITNESS TIPS: Hold an Aquatic Barbell in each hand. Staying under the surface of the water, try this boxing move. Bend the elbows and have your fist close to your shoulders. Like your hitting a punching bag throw the right hand out in front of you and pull it back. Now do the same with your left hand. Repeat with this punching movement 15 times.
