This Classic Aquatic Belt from Aqua Jogger® is for the woman with average waistlines making it ideal for average shaped women or lightweight men. It features a resilient closed cell foam which won't absorb water, dries quickly, and resists chlorine damage. The belt's design helps tone the abdominal muscles without doing a single sit-up due to the continual use of abdominal muscles to maintain correct posture. It's contoured design also helps support and strengthen the lower back as well as allowing for freedom of movement.
